If your broker uses the DTC or NSCC for settlement and/or clearing services, the answer is most likely yes.

Existing ENTS shareholders should call their brokers ASAP to see if you can still sell your shares. Any price you can get is better than nothing (unless it's less than the commission).

If it's still possible to sell, be sure to ask if there are any additional fees for selling ENTS.
