Has there been a change in the chain of command as to whom
we receive our directions from?

Bancorp Intentional Group have sent Cease and Desist using the US Postal Service to the compliance departments of the brokerages directing that the brokerage companies should no longer be referencing CUSIP 05968X 106 as the CUSIP for Bancorp International Group Inc.

Does a Cease and Desist order from TMeg have any meaning or is it enforcable and if so, by who? I kind of doubt it. Don't Cease and desist orders have to come from a Judge or a Court? Is this kinda like a Citizens Arrest?
Right now I have to say this looks quite superficial.

I bet Overstock wishes they would have issued a Cease and desist order.
