Knight here is Mingdo and I, take or opinion:

America G4, Inc. will be a spin-off from AWYI. All revenues of Gov Buy, G4 Solutions and probably two acquisitions from a Health Care Companies that supply instrumentations and equipments to Hospitals, in this case VA Hospitals will be reported under AMERICA G4. AMERICA G4 will most likely release under the AMEX Stocks Exchange, meaning at least $1.00 min. per share. Loyalist Shareholders from AWYI will probably be given an incentive stocks as part of the IPO. Because of the AMERICA G4 spin-off from AWYI, we could see take-off of the AWYI stocks to probably $0.10 to $0.20 per share. When this thing happen, I am very sorry for those members of this board that are not onboard. Go AWYI GO! Go!!Go!!! Again, This is our opinion. Your opinion is welcome!!
