It's just a numbers game for NSRS Promotors. When they start it there are lots of sheep to herd and add to the pen. But after they been herding for days and days and days it's harder to find more sheep see cuz you only got so many sheep. So now everyday they herd sheep there isn't as many sheep to herd and the pen is already packed and they are now running out of food to feed the sheep they already got. Only so many sheep the they can feed now and only so many sheep you can herd. So Promoters are now running out of sheep to herd and feed.
