I am saying New York Telecom Exchange is listed in FL, which is suppose to be UAMA.

The 8K filed yesterday was for TLPH to buy New York Telecom Exchange listed as a corp in NY.

I have no idea how a company can be incorporated in 2 states. One state must have jurisdiction.

Yes, the same guy filed the Form 4.
