I have had my fair share with start-ups, which GARB is not. However they are new state side company so it's somewhat similar.

Believe me state officials don't take time out of their schedules to try to court companies that they don't see as potential revenue sources.

Things will take time but it will be there.

Lenders and state officials are showing interest, it be wise if we did also.
