What I don't get is why does a MOTO deal have to be announced during CES to raise PPS? Why can't it be announced in May or June? It'll do the same thing then.

Also, do you think that Bieber knowing he can move PPS with videos FB, Tweets etc etc (already filmed) would consider breaking his promise to help the Alex Brown Foundation?
