codes: As far as I can tell, they no longer offer the listing option.

It doesn't really makes sense - yet. B2B QR codes are not well acccepted outside the barcode industry.

Also, I have never seen a Neustar barcode in the wild. I am curious if they are still using indirect barcodes.
