When I go to PhoneGuard site, there is the video with Bieber's face cover most of page, the autographed tour jacket in left bottom corner and the PhoneGuard logo covering a phone in left top corner. Bieber is still on board and spokesperson, he's all over the site. There doesn't seem to be anywhere to download app that I can find.
In the past, they were changing site just before announcements, PR's, or contest or other changes.
There seems to be something coming with the upgrade of site to follow.

Maybe they are getting ready for more traffic after announcements and Bieber Commercial debuts. OPMG has made many changes to site recently; new logo, new look, new layout...St.Clair is working on all aspects of making PhoneGuard the name for Distracted Driving.

Something is about to happen and I agree with AIHU - they are ready.
