Almost Every post you have made has been to discredit TARM management. About half of your complaints were not even related to the agreement in question.

Your attacks on TARM have and will continue to result in damage to TARM shareholders. It appears that is your intent.

Postings on public forums have little effect on company management.

TARM management has not publicly made one derogatory remark about CME.

Ultimately, in the absence of mediation, the courts will decide the outcome.
