TD........some predator companies were probably hoping to pick up some lucrative KDS patents, I'm guessing.

Game over for them.

FASC lives on with a stabilized O/S, while the big projects now come into focus.

Predator companies will now be forced to pay handsomely, if FASC has any interest in such, that is.
