SRER wasn't in violation with the FED with their prior arrangement. It's not about "hiding" from the FED, but rather looking more like an internet company. IMO it's probably mostly to deal with banks and also to protect themselves from any future attacks on advertising cannabis.

Just like 10 years ago, there are $10 stocks going to $100.
