Your sentiment no doubt is duplicated amongst many. But the perception and logic is likely flawed.

Simply imagine a PR of JV with xyz miner for $xM dollars to initiate drilling of ______(TM, BCSP, BH)... immediately you will have to pay double or more what you pay today for LBSR shares...
