Agreed. There has to be an answer. They pushed the Netflix-type app too hard in Nov and Dec... to the point they said it would be submitted to apple by x-mas!

A. The app has proven too difficult and is still in development and being tested.

B. The app was rejected by apple and we are working to revise.

C. We really oversold our progress and decided to focus 100% on cranking out android apps to capitalize on Christmas sales.

D. We are being sued by Netflix ?!?

What? The wrong answer is to pretend it never happened IMO.
