Bourque's quest for NIJ certification is starting to remind me of Pinnacle/Dragonskin story all over again with the NIJ. If you are not familiar with it...read up on it.

...what a mess that was and I believe still is. Many small technical issues that NIJ brought upon the company IMO.

Worth a read...and I hope this is not the case with Bourque.
