Yea, I don't like to see dilution either. I guess the question is why , raise another 20 million, when , it was agree that the 60 $ million already in the cofers was plenty of money .. This is interesting, that they did a bought deal for another 20 million dollars, something is in the works to cause them to raise another 20 million dollars. I don't believe will see less then todays price, here on out.. imho, I believe there's an offtake coming soon, this would put Allana at a much higer valuation, considering a 300 million dollar deal , and going to production would put the stock , up over 6.00$ .. what big company wouldn't buy us with a 300 million dollar offtake agreement, and the possibility of supplying the needs of Ethiopian farmer's , think of the huge benefits there .. imho ..
