Sure they did "follow the status quo"... only given the status quo here is fraud, and the purposeful element in that fraud which has them persistently claiming that "things are exactly what we say they are" rather than what they are in fact... and that whether or not the facts are obvious.

So, they'll claim that whatever they wanted to do was properly within the limits of "the usual transactions, customs, and practices, which are within the ordinary course of business" whether that was close to true or not... and they'll do exactly the same thing to the judge in Delaware as they've been doing to Williams, in requiring that he enforce his opinion, his will,and his rights to have them matter.

So, how do you feel about the management and Daic cooperating in flipping off the judge in Delaware... and what do you expect they intend to induce in the result in his response, that they want ?
