been some time since i last saw that buffet picture.
i wouldn't be surprised if many people who didn't sell, or sold a small portion, during PSPW's run last year have put this on the backburner and are just letting it sit until it makes another move.

i would guess the biggest piece of news everyone is waiting on is financing. given the numbers (~200 M) related to the one project which was recently in a news release, it seems as if this years financing will have to be larger than last years 50M.

albeit there isnt the hype of the seawind merger (including intl.) but OTC players love numbers.
