If I'm reading this PR correctly (and I'll be the first to say that maybe I'm not) then AFTER we've already pulled out all the gold we can, there is 18 - 170 grams per ton of gold left in the black sands.
That converts to 2/3 of an ounce for the 18 grmas, to 6 ounces of gold for the 170 grams. 6 ounces of Gold is about $10,000!
I know it takes a lot of time and work to get a ton of black sands, but still thought this was interesting.
