Wait a minute...isn't the Mirror factory where the whole scam started in the first place? I seem to recall one of the guys associated with the "Mirror Factory" getting his brains half clubbed out by an irate worker who was stiffed his paycheck. Now Nafe is attempting to find a way to weasel money out of the Wilkesboro EDC to start the whole scam up again?

And exactly how do you sell off a portion of a publicly held company without notifying the shareholders? Obviously they had no choice since the IRS likely forced the sale and collected all the money, but is that it? The shareholders find out that the criminal b**tards that scammed them sold the shareholder's company out from under them and never even let them know what was going on? I can't believe the former shareholders of this scam aren't going to take the case to the SEC to get an investigation started. The DOJ can put these two scumbags in jail you know...but not without a complaint.
