Complete speculation here - looking for other's thoughts/opinions, so not trying to paint a wild picture as fact...just trying to connect some interesting dots.

- CNXT is no longer publicly traded, although yes, that address is what is listed in their last 10-Q.
- They were wholly acquired by Golden Gate Capital in April of 2011, when Golden Gate Capital "merged with and into Conexant"

- Some info from Golden Gate Capital's website:

Our Investment Approach

We look for analytically challenging, change-intensive investments where our skill set differentiates our ability to significantly improve both earnings and strategic value. We partner with exceptional management teams to capitalize upon and catalyze change. The companies that meet our investment criteria are usually those in change-intensive environments. This includes companies at all stages of their life-cycle facing changing market dynamics and/or strategic, operational, financial or organizational challenges.

Our approach to investing and adding value to our portfolio companies is founded upon the rigorous application of fact-based analysis to understand, drive and implement strategic and operational change. Over the course of the past 15 years, our Principals have successfully used this analytical approach, their substantial transaction structuring experience and their ability to add value to investments to generate superior returns.

Anyone think there's a link/connection here? Morey's been in Cali finishing business. AIMH's address is now listed as the same address that previously publicly traded CNXT, now acquired by Golden Gate Cap...in Cali. Seems to me like G.G.C. would have everything necessary to facilitate whatever kind of change is about to happen, or is about to be announced has happened, with AIMH...and looking at their list of holdings, and the amount of capital under their management, if they're heavily involved here, I can't imagine this is anything close to a scam - on the opposite, it would lend huge credibility.

I'll end with where I started. I have no idea if there's a connection, but there are some interesting data points that appear to me to want to be connected.

Interested in comments from the more experienced here...looking forward to today and the coming days/weeks.
