well hostile take over, you know i have see guys come in and force a person out, either from within the company or from outside, and in most cases it does not work, just wondering on that hostile take over where is that stock trading at now, and for what reasons are they at that level..

Most of the times it is a bunch of smart as that think they can do a better job, and within 6 mo the hole thing is a bust
