S**ve wanted to start working for Pharmstar. He is angry that he was not hired. He has taken almost all of what I told him out of context.
Heahad also signed a confidentiality agreement to which he has ignored. We are totally past bgmi and have no relationship with them .

The 50% going to pharmstar was in the form of convertible notes .
