There are a lot of aspects that one can go back to prior PRs and question what has or has not been done. If you look at it positively one will see PRs pave a road to the future, if you look at it with an open mind you will see a lot of unanswered questions, and if you look at it in a doubtful way you will see a rocky road to no bid or worse.

This could be similar to WLs definition of "IMMINENT"! Liebs has set his own definitions of time related terms - to most imminent means very fast...to Liebs it simply means within 12 months. So for Liebs to say "moving quickly" it very likely means within 3-5 years.
