Yes they do. Whether or not their Shahab-3 missiles are nuclear capable is another story.

And I'm not entire sure if they're operation either.

Most of their rocket forces, Stephanie, are limited to short range surface to surface/surface to air missiles. If they have active squadrons sporting MRBM's, they're likely to be few and far between.....
