I understand everything that John Bordynuik has done for P2O. It is great and amazing.

But why should he subject his company to a possible bad outcome if it can be avoided by stepping aside until the case is settled? I would think the market would be pleased to know that he is protecting the company.

I don't want John to go away and I want him to reap the fruits of his labor. But I think that is being jeopardized by insisting on remaining as CEO while the case is prosecuted.
