They've made good on the Form-10 approval, and the OTCBB listing as promised; albeit, with lengthier processes than anticipated.

If they come through with a senior exchange listing in a year, and spin off subs to an Asian exchange in another year -- or go directly to a foreign exchange, gotta be a ten bagger, assuming they are building goodly cash balances at that point (maybe 20x).
