The problem and why they cant answer the question is when you do your DD you find out he owns all the companies ,majority shares. He might be bailing before the SEC comes calling, but I think they are such small potatoes that he will probably sneak by and we all lose. As for a stash, I thought i read an article that stated one of his two houises was in trouble for back payments. i think he is closer to bing bankrupt than he is to being a millionaire. PS just picked up another big customer as my business continues to grow PROPERLY.
