Important Question spotting84.

I will check with Management of GBTR but I believe tomorrow is the deadline for completion of the Due Diligence on Equities.com as per the terms of the revised Letter Agreement which extended the date by 45 days on November 25, 2011. That revision was not filed with the SEC; it was placed in a News Release.

The Due Diligence, I understand, has been completed and a News Release should be issued to confirm this. The next step is to complete the legal Merger Agreement with acceptable terms to both parties.
