December 29, 2011 Centacom Connects Contract Signed for Chicago Expansion


We have entered into contract for Chicago, completing our initial 5 cities commitment for Centacom Connects. Our 2012 expansion plan is to open our other 4 cities Atlanta, Dallas, New York and Chicago one every 3 months with all up and running by the end of 2012. Wade Thompson has obtained operational V.A.R. ( Value Added Resellers ) operators in our Miami Market and plans to move on to the next city in January 2012. We are working with other potential VARS in expansion cities to expedite growth as we move forward to the new markets. Other current projects include funding for the growth of the company, we are working on obtaining growth capital from a major life insurance company which will be borrowed for a 3 year term in the amount of 250k at a low interest rate, co-signed by a director of the company. In regards to our public project, once we obtain a certain revenue level, we will move forward with the public venture and will advise shareholders on the details via our Shareholder Update Meeting. Centaflix Finalizes Centaflx Music Exchange E-Commerence Site for Launch in January 2012


Our new online music and equiptment store Centaflix Music Exchange is in the final stages of completion. This project will market music downloads, high end music instruments and our new netflix style prototype where customers can choose from hundreds of classic live concerts. The program boast " Buy one and your done!" the customer purchases a Concert DVD a for $19.95, enjoys it and at anytime time can trade it in on a new DVD for only $1.95 S&H. Now instead for creating an expensive collection of Concert DVDS which adverage 20-30 dollars each, they can buy one and share in a collection of hundreds of hard to find Concert Footage with Centaflix Music Exchange. Later in 2012 we will expand in motion pictures in DVD under the same program with over 2000 titles upon launching program. The equiptment and Instrument portion of the site will feature an ebay style selling program as well as our retail store for new equiptment.
