The chances of Bordynuik "staying on" are about nil. This is why the SEC wants a jury trial. The sophisticated jurors in Boston will fry this guy and the lawyers know this. Once he's found responsible for any of the various securuties violations the SEC will impose the ban. The SEC is interested in cleaning up the marketplace, the monetary settlement is secondary imo.
