If you look back on EXTO's history they have never P&D, Fact is they reduced the share count.
I believe the company is lisening to the investors because every time there is problems or concerns the company has taken steps, like the CE removal,EXTO did not need to go as far as the did with the FINs for removing the CE. Also there has been talk about the 30yr old past history with lou, so the company had lou step down.
The ony thing we are all waiting for is the PR's about upcomming deals and where the company is at with the curent operations they have in place. Also there is a name and symbol change on it's way.
