I think they are going to announce a partnership with Motorola in which the free version of Phoneguard will be pre loaded into phones. IMO, the customer will receive a 30 day free subscription with the option to upgrade to the family or pro version. They already have the partnership with Cellarius, which is long overdue rolling out. I really don't see anything else happening besides the hoopla and the parties at the CES.

The main question will be and what should be discussed is how many sales/conversions will be made into real revenues.

The company is not producing any relevant revenues yet. I've been part of this story for nearly 3 years so for long eyes on this, its long overdue.

Good exposure but more for this story to play out.
