I have the same problem here from Germany and I have to say that this voting procedure is realy unfair. Thoose shares that vote "no" on the plan and the releases should get no shares in the new company but all shareholder that don't give any vote, neither "yes" nor "no" should be converted automatically into new company shares!!

I already mailed my concern to Nelson, but didn't receive any answer until today.

Has anybody an email-adress from the EC??? We need somebody to adress our concerns!
