I picture the scenario of Bob Lorsch wanting this merger so bad that he would give up these patent infringements and incorporate/convert them into MMRG'S VALUE/ASSETS to eventually get us on the NASDAQ with the 2 discussed merger companys and the 100% transfer of assets of same! Oh to be a little mouse hearing what goes on behind closed doors! So we shall wait and see what comes out of the daily discussions and hope for a favorable position of the common stock holders (including Bob Lorsch with his 70 million shares). Good news I feel will be forecoming for all of Bob's co-workers/invested friends and us! The unrealized 5/30 Million may well protray "Power" in MMRF's asset valuation for getting all us the best possible deal!...We will see! JMO..
