I don't think this ratio means much of anything. Thinly traded stocks can be moved with relatively light volume, especially on low volume days, in both directions

A 100 share trade ($40,000) in Apple that moves the shares $.01 ($10M) would equal $250,000 per $1,000 of trade value.
