the SEC and operated a real business, video and game rental
thru the mail, which I subscribed to and enjoyed. The business
never took off, though, and they shut it down. A change in control
took place. Glen McLatchen took over and did not do diddily squat.
Nothing happened for a long time, stock went to no bid for months.
Then, a bolt from the blue, the stock starts trading, I make a
quick 100% profit, and it is still trading and is being de-registered. Now Golden Gate increases their stake. My guess is
they have a good reason, maybe a profitable, growing client that
wants to go public cheaply and Golden Gate feels TGLN is the
perfect vehicle. Just my opinion.
