I know jada has never been audited by an accredited firm. I know their last auditor is a convicted felon and has never stepped foot in China. I know bank statements with alleged cash holdings have never had an on site review to confirm validity. I know there was never confirmation that $8m. was held by an investment banker. I know that no one has answered the phone at their listed phone number for over a year. I know that none of the customers listed in their SEC filings currently exist and may have never existed. I know they have not filed in over year. I know that US investors have no recourse against Chinese companies which have engaged in fraud. Obviously "everyone else" knows the same thing and that is why this company is now almost worthless.
