My sentiments exactly, but, it appears the financing is to be funded by Falak, so in WAKL's scenario, with exorbitant fees, Falak makes a guaranteed killing on the financing, and the company struggles to pay it off, easy money for the financiers.
The saving grace, which is also why I bought in to begin with, is Seawind and Wilson. I am counting on them to keep the costs of the financing down, they need PSPW to profit, unlike Falak, who gains from both the company and the financing revenue.
When the details of the financing are made public, hopefully that will allay the reservations of those currently on the sidelines.
