It's literally a new company at this point. New share structure and thebdead weight is gone (kazaa which was bleeding them dry and obviously a bad biz move) Updated financials for the agency biz will make things clearer.

Wish ATRN would put out a PR in addition to the filings as to speak to the masses regarding the future of the company as well.
