It is true. Insiders hold 52% of shares they don't need an approval whenever they want they can spin off Aduioeye. the only thing is coming to my mind to exhaust current shareholders and get their shares at cheaper price. I guess They made good money last quarter.

on the recent recent Audioeye S1/A form

it says Audioeye CEO converting his Audioeye notes 25 cents per share. So Audioeye shares will be very valuable.
