"We are not for sale", but Harvey is 60-61.. He might take $30.. And it seems to be following the script..slowly up most days until finally.. Boom.

Everything has a price! Merk had thier chance prior to the dilution. Obviousely they did not see the merit in the the accumlication of Ariad?

Others did, and the price just went up.

I assure you that Merk and the Harv had discussions prior to this last dilution "if one can call it that from the pps action"
They opted out. On to the next tier for Ariad.

I think in the end it will be one of Merk's seriouse oversites.

Time will tell.
