My guess -- this same group were the whale buyers in the open market. No wonder there was such massive buying under $1.00 -- if this group was willing to invest 6 figures each with a 6 month restriction at $1.00, they likely found free-trading open market shares below $1.00 a gift from God.

THey need capital. Can`t so it by selling PIPE shares anymore as the current management is discredited.
