Ok the purpose of boards like this is to ask legitimate questions and for people to post legitimate information and honest opinions. I still haven't gotten my proxy vote in the mail yet. Like I have mentioned before, I presently own 400k shares and have no interest in selling because the potential is unbelievable. The question I have is if about 400 million shares are going to settle the lawsuits and they are asking for 1 billion more shares, that means they have about 600 million shares for their use. Supposedly according to their last quarterly report which I listened to, they had enough cash on hand to fund their studies for the next year. If the initial study is as good as they are leading us to believe and we are all hoping for, why would you need to dilute the shares 600 million more. If the study is good and you thought you would get a JV which they sound like they are close to doing, why dilute the stock more than the 400 million to settle the suits. A JV in the near future would fund the studies so it doesn't quiet make sense to me why dilute it further. If they didn't think they were going to get a JV in the next year until they got more study results I would totally understand. I would love to hear an intelligent response and not just someone who rips you any time you question the stock.
