Not to rain on your parade, but I wouldn't trust anyone who calls himself "The Mineral King of Wall Street" with absolutely NOTHING to back up that claim.
As far as assets go, you know everything that LLSR has. RPTN has nothing, just an empty shell with some pesky shareholders that expect a big return for nothing. If the company doesn't own it already, they'll have to buy it. If they own it already, it's on the books.
If RPTN is used to take a private company public, expect another reverse split, an increase in the authorized shares, probably a large one, or both to reduce the interests of LLSR and the RPTN shareholders.
With someone calling himself "The Mineral King" behind it, I'd be real skeptical.
