What tools does management have available to support the pps, presuming that PPHM is seriously in talks with a Pharma, other than PPHM announcing an agreement has been reached?

It never ceases to amaze me how mgmt can do no wrong. Here are just a few things that mgmt can do right away:

Fire CFO Lytle and replace with qualified CFO - Boom!
Replace COB Johnson with qualified COB - Boom!
Add qualified member to BOD - Boom!
Replace current PR/IR firm with real PR firm - Boom!
Hire an IB firm - Boom!

All imo.
