ah ha. So it's really the Capitalist who want permission to build a pipeline so they can take it to the best market for them to make a profit.

I say screw them except then they said they will build a pipeline to Vancouver if we don't. Either way I see it the oil gets into the overall supply which is a good thing now (maybe not later) and we buy our imports on the open market anyway so I can continue to say - screw them unless we build a refinery in N Dakota.
