Here is partial answer to our question on old stuff. But what does winding down really mean?

It does appear to me that the term "operations" regarding mine in Sierra Leone, West Africa. Was, as we suspected, used lightly. As this report says "... Stratton Holdings Group, Inc. is in the process of acquiring mining operations in Northern California and Sierra Leone, West Africa..."

But it does look like he clearly intends to acquire and operate mines...


I hope in the future we get to see what the terms are for this mine regards to our partners. Who gets what percentage of profits and how are expenses divided etc. Our billions of share may not get as much as we assume out of the profits to be achieved. Another grey area for us.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
