The sad news is that they have really never actually signed an affiliate station. In Daryn's own words, they were only filling dead air time that was for sell, at the time, by these stations. IBC is not going to pay for air time and these stations are not going to give it away for free. Regardless of what Daryn might want you to think, no one is beating down the door trying to put STL on the air.
