fourkids_9pets: As Patrick Byrne stated "captured"! You don't have to be the sharpest knife in the drawer to know what is going on with the JBII fiasco. Knight got in a little deeper than they should have and needed some assistance with their potential liability. Anyone wonder if some SEC officials will be taking a nice vacation on the bubble? The JBII longs are a strong group and this could actually backfire on NITE imho. Less than 60 days left till the trial begins!
